SHIPPING POLICY

We offer farm pick-ups only for flowers. 

Deliveries for restaurant arrangements will be considered on a case-by-case basis.

Gift cards are sent electronically through email. 

RETURN POLICY

Due to the nature of our small, family cut-flower farm, we are not able to offer any refunds at this time. We grow and care for our flowers based on orders and demand. Thank you for your understanding!

Community Supported Agriculture (CSA)

According to the US Department of Agriculture, a CSA is: a community of individuals who pledge to support a farm operation so that the farm land becomes, either legally or spiritually the community's farm, with the growers and consumers providing mutual support and sharing the risks and benefits of food production. 

At Florally Francis, we value our customers and the open land that we grow our flowers on. In growing, there are risks of crop failure due to weather, animals, insects, etc.

In the unusual event of a crop failure, we will strive to fulfill all CSA orders to the best of our ability. However, if we are unable to fulfill your order, all payments are non-refundable, as funds are used to purchase supplies, seeds, and equipment prior to the start of the growing season.

We the farmers wish to provide you with fresh, local, seasonal flowers. Members of the CSA will receive a weekly share of the seasonal flower crop. Purchasers of the CSA understand that if they cannot pickup their share, they must arrange for someone else to pickup their share or forfeit the share.

We cannot offer a refund or credit for a last-minute missed pickups.

 

Workshops

Workshops are rain or shine unless a rain date is specified. There are no refunds if you are unable to attend your workshop. You may send someone in your place.

PRIVACY POLICY

The information that we collect includes contact information, ordering, billing information, and additional information that is provided to us by you only. We will not share your information.

Information may be used in the following ways: notifications regarding special events, products and services; respond to your comments and questions by providing you with customer support; and/or enforce our terms and conditions and any other business management needs.

Payments can be made through the website in the flower shop. We accept all major credit cards.

We accept cash and Venmo at our flower stand.

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

Why should I buy from Florally Francis?

Florally Francis' philosophy is to support a local movement that sustains our environment for future generations. Local business supporting community members and other local businesses, not only helps us avoid transportation delays and foreign tax; it connects us to the land and each other. Our flower lot does not use pesticides that could contaminate wildlife and local water sources. We source materials from local businesses.

Your blooms will be fresh from the field and provide a 7-10 day vase-life with aromatic fragrances in vibrant colors. Commercially grown flowers are not tended too in the same manner and are starved of fresh water to put them in a dormant state which narrows vase life substantially. 

 

How do I achieve the longest vase life for my flowers?

First, cut your flower stems on an angle about 1/2 inch from the bottom of the stems. Second, place your blooms in a clean vase of fresh water. Change the water every two days for maximum vase life. Flower preservative is usually unnecessary due to the freshness of the flowers. Keep out of direct sunlight and away from ripening fruit. 

 

How do I pay for Shop products?

All flower transactions are prepaid on our website prior to pick-up. We also have on-site sales at our stand that are cash or Venmo only. These sales are advertised on our social media page.

 

Flower Bar & Bulk Bucket Pick-up:

All special orders are harvested to order and promised to be the freshest possible. Flowers are harvested within 24hours of pick-up. Your flowers will be prepared in buckets of water and ready for travel when you arrive. 

Please bring something to secure your buckets in your vehicle for travel such as boxes and rope. SUVs can typically transport 6-8 buckets of flowers. Car trunks will not accommodate the height of our flowers. 

 

Bulk Flower Care:

Our bulk blooms are straight from our field and will need to be stripped of any leaves that may touch and poison the water. When you are ready to arrange your flowers, be sure to give your flower stems a fresh cut. Store in a cool location until your event. Blooms can be refrigerated if conditions warrant.

 

Where are the flowers are grown and can I visit the farm?
